User Account Deletion Policy
At Manjal Foods, we respect your right to manage your personal information. If you no longer wish to use our Service, you may request to delete your account and associated personal data.

- Requesting Deletion: Users can request account deletion by contacting us at sujithasundar1989@gmail.com or through the Account Settings → Delete Account option in the App (if available).
- Data Removed: Upon deletion, we will remove your personal details such as name, phone number, saved addresses, and order history from our active systems.
- Data Retention: Certain transactional data (e.g., past invoices, payment records) may be retained for legal, tax, or regulatory compliance for a limited period, after which it will be securely deleted.
- Processing Time: Deletion requests will be processed within 60 working days.
- Reactivation: Once deleted, your account cannot be restored. You may create a new account if you choose to return later.
